Recommendation Letters
When selecting your references it is more important that your letter writer(s) have strong comments to support your medical school application. While someone may be highly credentialed and/or well respected in their field, if they do not know you as an individual, they are not your best choice. Identify references who can speak to your unique characteristics and strengths or, how they believe you will manage the demands of medical school and the medical profession.
Guidelines on Letters of Recommendation
Trinity School of Medicine requires two individual letters of recommendation or one committee letter from your pre-health advising office.
Letters of Recommendation may be sent to the admissions office via VirtualsEvals.com or Interfolio.com. Additionally, letter writers may submit their letters via direct email providing that the letter is sent from the writer's institutional email account (letters sent from personal email accounts such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo will not be accepted).
